Activity & Membership Refund Policy

It is our goal to ensure that you enjoy our recreation programs. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied
with a class or program or are unable to participate for medical reasons, please contact us immediately. We
will provide a 100 percent refund to anyone who makes a request before the start of the second class or
program. Pinecrest Community Center membership is non-transferable and fee is non-refundable. Full payment
is required upon purchases of membership.

Facility Cancellation Policy

No refunds are made unless written notice is received of cancellation at least thirty (30) days in advance. All
cancellation under thirty (30) days are subject to a penalty of 100% the rental fee. A standard service fee of
$20 will apply to all cancellation regardless of notice time.
